I hope you’re having a fabulous week! As you’re reading this, I’m probably rushing to the airport because today is finally here—I’m off to Greece!
We’ll be spending a few days in Athens before heading to the islands of Santorini and Mykonos. I’m really looking forward to exploring the history, the views, and of course all the incredible food—think fresh seafood, unlimited feta cheese, and those iconic cliffside sunsets you always see in photos.
I’ll be sharing bits along the way, from wandering through Athens to relaxing on the islands, soaking in the views, and probably eating my weight in Greek pastries and drinking enough coffee until my blood type is basically coffee.
